These terms explain the Vina Pest Control text messaging program — what you'll receive, how often, and how to stop or get help at any time.

1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Vina Pest Control Service Alerts is a text messaging program for customers who have scheduled pest control service with us. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way alerts, rescheduling notices, and service follow-ups. We do not send unrelated marketing messages through this program.
2. HOW YOU OPT IN
You opt in by giving verbal consent to a Vina Pest Control team member when scheduling service by phone. During scheduling, our staff will ask:
"Before we finish scheduling, would you like to receive text reminders about your appointment? You'll get a confirmation now, a reminder before your visit, and a notice when the technician is on the way. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Would you like to opt in?"
You must affirmatively agree before being enrolled. This verbal opt-in, collected at the point of scheduling, is the sole consent method used for this program. If you've previously opted out, you can resume receiving messages at any time by texting START to our service number.
3. MESSAGE & DATA RATES, FREQUENCY
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your scheduled services, typically up to 4 messages per month. Frequency may be higher during active service periods.
4. HOW TO OPT OUT
You can cancel this messaging program at any time. Just text STOP to our service number. After you text STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from this program. If you'd like to rejoin, text START or contact our office.
Sample STOP reply: "You are unsubscribed from Vina Pest Control Service Alerts. No more messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help or email npham@vinapest.com."

6. ELIGIBILITY & CARRIER LIABILITY
This program is available to residents of the United States who are the account holder, or who have the account holder's permission, for the mobile number provided. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms as our messaging program changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
8. PRIVACY
Information collected through this program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
